专利说明:
[0001] The present application relates to a device for sliding door leaves with coplanar closure, particularly for furniture and the like. [0002] Nowadays, as an alternative to normal hinged doors, sliding door solutions are known that can be applied to wardrobes as well as furniture in general and to door and window frames or any other application of elements of that require reduced space in the open position. [0003] Generally these types of doors consist of two or more door leaves, each of which has supports with rolling means guided by a rail, which consists of an upper guide and a lower guide, applied respectively to the floor and the floor. ceiling of the compartment to be closed, where the rail of one door leaf is adjacent and parallel to the rail of the other door leaf. [0004] The sliding of the door leaves in this type of door, therefore occurs in parallel and adjacent planes that obtain the closing of the compartment by aligning or partially overlapping the edges of a door leaf with the edges of the other door leaf and with the mutually opposite edges of both door leaves against the edges or the stops of the compartment to be closed. [0005] The unsightly quality of sliding doors that when seen are seen arranged in two different planes, although parallel and close, particularly in furniture where aesthetics is of considerable importance, has led the field technician to seek solutions that provide coplanarity of the two door leaves, when closed, while also ensuring their overlap when opened. [0006] According to this established technique, the coplanarity of the door leaves is obtained during closing, although with different devices of greater or lesser complexity, which involve, for each door leaf, a dragging step along the respective parallel rails, and a step of pushing for the translation movement of the same into the adjacent lower rail, the other end of which already supports and guides the other door leaf with which the door leaf must align in movement. [0007] Therefore, the Italian Patent no. IT 1.208.152 which, in order to obtain coplanarity, uses a dragging device in which a pair of sliding guides is provided for each door leaf, by means of adapted supports and respective sliding elements, these pairs of guides each comprise one, a straight front guide and a second rear guide with a curved end part, while the first guide is provided with a part that diverges at right angles and is directed towards the second guide, in order to allow the translation movement of elements corresponding sliders of the corresponding door leaf, by simple translation movement of the door leaf to be moved. [0008] However, even the relative simplicity of construction of the sliding door solution proposed by the patent mentioned above has exhibited a complexity in its construction and assembly, as well as some difficulty in supporting the structure and translation movement of the door leaves. [0009] In particular it has been found that the difficulty of the support systems and the lower rails leads to the failure to use a part of the piece of furniture on which these sliding doors are applied. [00010] A partial solution to the drawbacks attributable to the known technique cited is known from WO 2004/090274 A1, in which a solution is explained for sliding doors for furniture and similar furniture elements, particularly the type with two leaves door and light weight, which has coplanar closure and overlapping opening of the door leaves. [00011] In this solution the support and translation movement of each sliding door are provided by means of a corresponding support arranged on the edge of the external side, in which each support is associated with a pair of trolleys that can slide, transversely to the sheet of door, since they are supported and guided by a respective trolley which, in turn, can slide longitudinally along the edge of the compartment to be closed. [00012] The trolley is guided by a rail and other containment tracks and is conditioned by a free roller of the same that is coupled to one of the two longitudinal guides or meat, which are supported and flanked by the support rail to slide, to thus guiding one of the two door leaves to overlap the other, when opening, and guiding the same door leaf to align with the other, stationary door leaf, when closing. [00013] Although this solution solves the inconveniences claimed above, it still exhibits some inconveniences, such as a high cost due to the presence of the two carts, which are structurally complex. In addition, the use of aluminum profiles to make the base plate for the guides causes the size and weight of the guide to increase the total size and weight of the piece of furniture and increase production costs. [00014] Furthermore, the use of the two carts determines the presence of friction and play in the various movements, and this can limit the optimization of movement and the sliding of the door leaf. [00015] Finally, the large number of parts raises the total cost of the solution and increases the costs of various maintenance operations. [00016] The purpose of the present invention is, therefore, to solve the technical problems mentioned above, eliminating the drawbacks in the aforementioned known technique, providing a device that, applied to sliding doors, makes it possible to obtain the coplanarity of the door leaves of the when closed, as well as the possibility of overlapping them on both sides of the furniture piece, when the furniture piece compartment is opened, by simply dragging each of the two door leaves, at the same time. that being simple in terms of construction, easy to maintain and comprising a low number of components. [00017] Within this aim, an objective of the invention is to provide a device that, although using wheels, allows an excellent support and movement of the door leaves, in which such movement is both safe and stable, therefore avoiding the possibility of decoupling accidental. [00018] Another objective of the invention is to provide a device that offers limited weight and size and, therefore, low production costs. [00019] Another objective of the invention is to make it possible to contain friction and play in the various movements, therefore optimizing the movement and sliding of the door leaf. [00020] This purpose and these and other objectives that will become more evident from now on are achieved by a device for sliding door leaves with coplanar closure, particularly for furniture, which includes a support system for connection to each of the aforementioned door leaves and with which a first pair of wheels is associated in a region, characterized by the fact that it comprises a second pair of wheels, which, together with said first pair of wheels, are slidably coupled to the head respectively a first guide and a second guide, which are T-shaped in the cross section, arc-shaped in plan view, and the rod from which protrudes from the top of said piece of furniture. [00021] Advantageously a third pair of wheels is associated with the support system, similarly to said first and second pairs of wheels, and is slidably coupled with said first guide, in which means adapted to force the mechanism of closing at least one of said door leaves are associated with said third pair of wheels. [00022] Additional features and advantages of the invention will be more evident from the detailed description of a specific, but not exclusive, mode illustrated by way of non-limiting example in the attached drawings, in which: [00023] Figure 1 is a plan view of a first left half of a piece of furniture with two door leaves with the device applied; [00024] Figure 2 is a plan view of a second right half of a piece of furniture with two door leaves with the device applied; [00025] Figure 3 is a first exploded perspective view of the device; [00026] Figure 4 is a second exploded perspective view of the device; [00027] Figure 5 shows a part of a piece of furniture with the device applied in the condition with the door leaf closed; [00028] Figure 6 shows a part of a piece of furniture with the device applied in the condition with the door leaf open; [00029] Figures 7 and 8 show the invention applied to a piece of furniture in the initial opening condition of a door leaf and in the condition of a completely open door leaf. [00030] In the illustrated modalities, individual characteristics shown in relation to specific examples can in fact be interspersed with other different characteristics, existing in other modalities. [00031] Furthermore, it should be noted that it is understood that something that is found to be already known during the patenting process is not claimed and is the subject of a waiver. [00032] With reference to the figures above, reference numeral 1 generally designates a device for sliding door leaves 2a and 2b with coplanar closure, particularly for furniture and the like. [00033] The device comprises a support system 3 for connection to each of the door leaves 2a and 2b, composed of a flat plate 4, preferably rectangular in plane view, with which, on one of its longitudinal sides, a pair L-shaped joints 5a and 5b are associated with the wings from which they are connected respectively to the plate 4 and to the inner side surface 6 of each door leaf 2a and 2b at the upper end 7 thereof. [00034] Rotatingly associated with the surface of the plate 4 which faces, during use, towards the top 8 of the piece of furniture and is close to a central region of the first outer perimeter edge 4a of the plate 4, advantageously through the interposition of an adapted first spacer or hub 9, there is a first pair of wheels 10a and 10b, which are free and arranged on the same surface parallel to the top 8 and are kept apart by a desired space, which can be fixed or predetermined. [00035] The rotating interconnection of the first pair of wheels 10a and 10b is achieved, for example, by the use of an arm 9a that is articulated centrally and in a region below with respect to the first spacer or hub 9 and at the ends of which the wheels they are in turn articulated and free. [00036] Bearings and / or adapted cushions are provided in order to reduce friction. The first pair of wheels 10a and 10b is slidably coupled to a first guide 11 which protrudes from a base 8a which is integral with the top 8 of the piece of furniture, on which the first guide 11 is therefore interposed in the space defined between the first pair of wheels 10a and 10b. [00037] The first guide 11 is U-shaped, in plan view, so as to define a first part 12, which is linear and approximately parallel to the front edge 13 of the piece of furniture, and two second parts 14a and 14b which are inclined towards the rear edge 15 of the piece of furniture and whose end is adjacent to the side edges of the piece of furniture. [00038] The inclination of the second parts 14a and 14b is such that the distance from the end 15 of the first guide 11 to the front edge 13 of the piece of furniture makes it possible to position the door leaf 2a and 2b, in the closed, tight condition at the front edge 13 of the piece of furniture. [00039] The length of the inclined part is preferably, but not exclusively, slightly less than half the length of the plate 4. [00040] The first guide 11 is in the form of a T in cross-section to define a rod 16a, protruding from the base 8a associated with the piece of furniture and disposed approximately parallel to the front edge 13 of the piece of furniture, and a head 17a which is slidably locked between the grooves of the first pair of wheels 10a and 10b. [00041] Associated with support system 3 is a second pair of wheels 18a and 18b and a third pair of wheels 19a and 19b. The second pair of wheels 18a and 18b is similar to the first pair of wheels 10a and 10b. [00042] The rotating interconnection of the second pair of wheels 18a and 18b is also achieved, for example, by the use of an arm 9b which is articulated centrally and in a region below with respect to a second spacer or cylindrical hub 9c and at the ends of the which the wheels are in turn articulated and free. [00043] The second pair of wheels 18a and 18b is positioned on the surface of the plate 4 which faces, during use, towards the base 8a associated with the top 8 of the furniture piece and close to the rear longitudinal edge 4b of the plate 4 , in the corner area of the plate 4 that connects the longitudinal rear edge 4b and the second outer edge 4c. [00044] The second pair of wheels 18a and 18b is slidably coupled to a second guide 20, which is similar in shape to the first guide 11 but is shorter. This second guide 20 is arranged parallel to the first guide 11 and is positioned in the direction opposite to the front edge (13) of the piece of furniture. [00045] The second guide 20 is also T-shaped in cross-section so as to define a rod 16b, protruding from the base 8a associated with the top 8 of the piece of furniture, and arranged approximately parallel to the front edge 13 of the piece of furniture. furniture, and a head 17b which is slidably locked between the grooves of the second pair of wheels 18a and 18b. [00046] The distance extending between the first and the second guide is such as to allow, in the open condition, the desired deviation of the door leaf from the front edge 13 of the piece of furniture. [00047] In particular, the shorter length of the second guide is preferably, but not exclusively, approximately equal to twice the length of the plate 4 and this second guide 20 is also U-shaped in plan view to define a third part 21 which is linear and approximately parallel to the front edge 13 of the furniture piece, and two fourth parts 22a and 22b, which are arc-shaped and directed towards the rear edge 15 of the furniture piece and shorter than the second parts 14a and 14b. [00048] The inclination of the fourth parts 22a and 22b is such that in the condition with the door leaf closed, the plate 4 is arranged horizontally and, therefore, parallel to the first and second guides 11 and 20. The first and second guides 11 and 20 are arranged approximately symmetrically mirrored with respect to a central axis which is transversal to the top 8 of the furniture piece. [00049] Starting from the condition in which the door leaves are closed and coplanar, a movement imposed on one of the door leaves in order to obtain its opening involves an initial movement of the plate 4 towards the front edge 13 of the piece of furniture. In particular, the shape of the second guide 20 ensures that the second pair of wheels 18a and 18b, which supports the door leaf thanks to its sliding coupling to the head 17a and 17b, forces the movement of the plate and therefore of the door leaf out of the piece of furniture. [00050] This movement is accentuated immediately thanks to the shape of the fourth parts 22a and 22b. [00051] The different inclination of the second parts 14a and 14b of the first guide 11 with respect to the fourth parts of the second guide 20 imposes, in the first opening step, an initial inclined arrangement on the plate 4 and, therefore, on the door leaf, up to that it be brought to the horizontal condition when the first and second pairs of wheels 18a, 18b, 19a and 19b are arranged in the first and third parts 12 and 21 of the first and second guides 11 and 20. [00052] The third pair of wheels 19a and 19b is positioned on the surface of the plate 4 which faces, during use, towards the base 8a associated with the top 8 of the furniture piece and close to the front longitudinal edge 4d of the plate 4 which is adjacent to the front edge 13 of the furniture piece, in an area that faces towards the second adjacent outer perimeter edge 4c of the plate 4. [00053] The third pair of wheels 19a and 19b is also arranged on the same surface parallel to the top 8, and the head 17b interposed between the wheels is advantageously locked slidingly between the grooves of the third pair of wheels 19a and 19b. The third pair of wheels 19a and 19b is rotatably connected with means adapted to force the closing mechanism of at least one of the door leaves. [00054] These means consist of a V-shaped connection 26, a first end 23a of which is articulated to the third pair of wheels 19a and 19b and the apex of which, directed to the second pair of wheels 18a and 18b, is articulated to plate 4. [00055] The second end 23b of the connection 26 is coupled to an element that can be elastically elongated, such as a spring 24 which at the other end is coupled to the plate 4. [00056] In the condition of a closed door leaf the spring 24 is discharged. [00057] A unidirectional brake or actuator 25 is coupled, along the same direction as at least one spring 24, between the apex and the second end 23b of connection 26, in which its function is to work only during the closing of the sheet. door, so as to soften your knock during repositioning in a coplanar condition and reduce sudden closing movements. [00058] In practice it was discovered that the invention fully achieved the intended purpose and objectives, a device was obtained which, applied to the sliding doors, makes it possible to obtain, when closed, the coplanarity of the door leaves as well as, when open, the possibility of overlapping it on both sides of the piece of furniture, all that occurs by simply dragging each of the two door leaves, in which the device is simple in terms of construction, easy to maintain and comprising a low number of components. [00059] The device, moreover, uses pairs of wheels which, thanks to their interconnection by means of a sliding coupling to the heads of the two T-shaped guides, make it possible to support the weight of the door leaves as well. it allows an optimal movement of the door leaves, in which this movement is both safe and stable, thus avoiding the possibility of accidental decoupling. The size and weight of the device are, in addition, limited and, therefore, the same can be done with low cost, in which the friction and play in the various movements are finally contained, optimizing the movement and sliding of the door leaf. [00060] Obviously the materials used as well as the dimensions that make up the individual components of the invention may be more relevant to specific requirements. [00061] The various means to perform certain different functions must not in any way coexist only in the illustrated modality, but can be present by themselves in many modalities, even if they are not illustrated. [00062] The characteristics indicated as advantageous, convenient or similar may also not be present or be replaced by equivalent characteristics.
